RDE Group was founded in 2012 out of a need in the marketplace to get projects done right the first time and complete them effectively, resulting in a great customer experience.

Dean Eastman, RDE Group’s founder and President, grew up with strong family values, the drive to work hard, and to establish best practices in everything he does. Starting in 1988 as an equipment operator, it quickly evolved into his first company and expanded from there. He continued to build his business and help other companies grow and prosper, eventually leading to the inspiration and the creation of RDE Group.

Rob Stewart followed in his father’s footsteps and started his own accounting business in 1994. Rob is committed to providing close, personalized attention to his customers.

Dean and Rob met, realized their complementary business acumen, and saw an opportunity to merge their individual strengths in 2014. Starting with a few pieces of equipment they continued to grow, creating value-added services in the market.

    Dean Eastman


    Dean Eastman founded RDE Group in 2012 and has served as President since its founding. Dean has extensive experience in the construction, service, and environmental industries. Since starting his first construction company in 1988 he has not only grown his own business but has also worked to grow national and multinational companies. Dean’s solid work ethic, strong family values, drive for best practice, and knowledge of the industry lead to RDE Group's growth and success by providing customers with a dedicated team they can rely on for superior project completion.

    Rob Stewart


    Rob Stewart joined RDE Group in 2014 as a partner and as VP of Finance. Rob started his first company in 1994 providing accounting expertise in Canada. Rob ensures that the financial operations of RDE Group are in line with the company’s goals and targets to achieve growth. Rob believes in the value of relationships, and views every customer relationship like a partnership; our success is a result of our customers' success.
